Where has November gone!? I can’t believe tomorrow means the official countdown to Christmas, I’m so excited but so not ready. I’m hoping to do all of my Christmas shopping in New York next week!
Here’s what I’ve been loving this month..
Last week I mentioned the Love Me Beauty Box Subscription and my favourite product from this is the BareMinerals SkinLongevity serum. I’ve never been big on skincare until recently which I now regret because I have definitely noticed a positive change in the appearance of my skin since using it. It feels hydrated, less oily and I’ve had no new break outs of spots. I’m gonna have to invest in the full sized bottle. I would even use this as a primer as it feels really nice underneath my make up. If you want to know more about my box subscription you can read about it here. The Christmas edit looks amazing as they’ve teamed up with Laura Mercier so this is something I will definitely review for you and remember that if you’re using Love Me Beauty for the first time you can earn yourself some extra points by using my promo code SINEA1894346
Another beauty product that has been my go to this month is the Kylie Lip Kit in Candy K. I really like nude lipsticks but wanted something a bit darker as the season gets colder so this one has been the perfect shade for me.
I bought this velvet sleeved jumper dress from Missguided for £22 to go with a pair of boots (I love my black pair so I accidentally bought a burgundy pair too!)
I had a bit of a binge on Missguided before their 50% off sale (typical) and bought the prettiest coat. You can get it here for £65. I’ve always eyed up the tan version of these but wanted to be different. Picking a pretty coat for Winter is vital in my eyes. I have so many already but I couldn’t let this one slip.
It’s bobble hat season again yay! I saw Sarah Ashcroft wearing a double pom pom hat so therefore I went on ASOS and bought a double pom pom hat. No further comments needed. I bagged this before it sold out but I’ve found an identical one here for £5!
As I’m switching roles at work I was bought the cutest organiser for my Birthday from Paperchase. The cover is so relevant to me as the new role is something I have always wanted to do. I like that you can buy different inserts and pages from Paperchase to fit what you’re into but the inserts for me are perfect.
You’ll notice that I like to change my phone case quite often so I treated myself to a new one. It has a marble background with my initials. As you can see from most of my blog, marble is something I really like to use for background photos etc, plus my phone now matches my MacBook cover! This was so easy to order from Ebay. I’ve been a bit naughty with food this month due to Birthday and family occasions but one thing I love having back is a huge roast dinner on a cold Sunday afternoon! It’s the cosiest thing ever. Followed by some sort of Cadburys chocolate (pig emoji). My favourite drink of this month has to be a Chai Latte from Starbucks or Costa.
I’ve not been on holiday since September so no major destination to tell you about but I did go to London last weekend for Afternoon Tea at the Langham (blog post to follow). We headed to Winter Wonderland afterwards and it felt so festive I loved it. If you’ve never been its worth a visit. It’s free to get in and browse around but if you wanted to do any of the attractions its worth booking in advance as it gets ridiculously busy. Or like us you could chill in one of their little wooden bars over a mulled wine!
